Is linen provided in the cabins?

Yes, all of our cabin and villa accommodation includes linen. Your beds will be made up prior to your arrival - so you can start your riverside holiday the moment you step through the door. Please just remember to bring your own pool towels for use at the resort-style swimming pool or splash play area.

Do you have any pet-friendly cabins?

We have a limited number of selected pet-friendly cabins available. To ensure we allocate the correct room for you and your four-legged friend, these cannot be booked online and must be booked directly with our reception team by calling 02 4997 5520.

Is there parking available at my site or cabin?

Each booking includes one allocated car park. For most of our accommodation, parking is located directly next to your villa or site. For a small number of our villas, parking is located nearby with a short walk along a paved path to your door. If you are bringing a boat or a second vehicle, please contact us regarding our overflow parking areas.
