Located just 50 minutes north of Newcastle, this expansive bungalow is situated close to all of our recreational facilities and offers enough room to park two cars comfortably.
Spacious open-plan living
The heart of the Family Bungalow is the generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven and microwave – perfect for preparing family feasts to enjoy at the large dining table.
After a day on the Karuah River, relax in the lounge on one of the two large sofas or step out onto the fully furnished outdoor deck to enjoy views over the park.
Bedrooms and bedding layout
With three separate bedrooms and a versatile living area, this bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
- Main bedroom - Features a king bed with a private ensuite.
- Second bedroom - Features a king-sized bed.
- Third bedroom - Includes two sets of bunks (please note - children must be over 9 years to use the top bunks).
- Living area - Includes a fold-out double sofa bed.
All linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, and the villa features air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout to keep you comfortable in every season.
