These spacious sites are approximately 7.5m x 9m in size. The unpowered sites are located along the fence line of the park, backing onto the residential village homes. Please be considerate of noise levels.

Please note that we do not permit campfires of any kind on sites, including cooking over coal or open flame. Generators are also not permitted at any time, as we are surrounded by a residential area. In the cooler months, we have a large communal fire pit which our staff light of an afternoon (usually Friday and Saturday) and keep well stocked with firewood. This is subject to local weather and fire conditions.

What time is check-in and check-out for unpowered grass sites?
Check-in is available after 11.00 am for all unpowered grass sites. Check-out is strictly by 10.00 am on the day of your departure to allow our team to prepare the grounds for incoming arrivals.
Are dogs allowed on unpowered grass sites?
Yes, we are a dog-friendly holiday park and pets are welcome on our unpowered grass sites with prior management approval. Please note that pet acceptance is always at the manager's discretion, and guests must adhere to our standard pet policy during their stay.
What size are the unpowered grass sites and where are they located?
Our unpowered grass sites measure approximately 7.5 metres x 9 metres, making them perfect for tents and camper trailers. These spacious sites are located along the fence line of the park, backing onto the residential village homes, so we kindly ask all campers to be considerate of noise levels.
Is there access to electricity or water connections on unpowered sites?
No, our unpowered grass sites do not have any electricity or water connections. However, booking an unpowered site gives you full access to our excellent shared park facilities, including the camp kitchen, town water taps, and the main amenities blocks.
Can I light a campfire or run a generator on an unpowered camping site?
We do not permit individual campfires of any kind on our sites, including cooking over coal or open flames, due to our close proximity to a residential area. Generators are also strictly prohibited at all times. In the cooler months, guests are welcome to gather at our large communal fire pit near the camp kitchen, which our staff light on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
