Our Small Powered Concrete Sites are large enough to take a double axle caravan and are approximately 5.5 metres wide and 9-10 metres in length. They are suitable for caravans up to 7 metres (22.96 feet) in length.
We now have Long Powered Concrete Sites that measure approx. 15 metres x 9 metres, for larger rigs up to 11 metres / 36 feet.
We also have powered grass sites available if you prefer.

Please note that we do not permit campfires of any kind on sites, including cooking over coal or open flame. Generators are also not permitted at any time, as we are surrounded by a residential area. In the cooler months, we have a large communal fire pit which our staff light of an afternoon (usually Friday and Saturday) and keep well stocked with firewood. This is subject to local weather and fire conditions.

What time is check-in and check-out for small powered concrete sites?
Check-in is available after 11.00 am for all small powered concrete sites. Check-out is strictly by 10.00 am on the day of your departure to allow our team to prepare the grounds for incoming arrivals.
Are dogs allowed on small powered concrete sites?
Yes, we are a dog-friendly holiday park and pets are welcome on our small powered concrete sites with prior management approval. Please note that pet acceptance is always at the manager's discretion, and guests must adhere to our standard pet policy during their stay.
What size caravan can fit on a small powered concrete site?
Our small powered concrete sites measure approximately 5.5 metres wide and 9 to 10 metres in length, featuring a concrete slab that can accommodate a double axle caravan. They are suitable for caravans, camper trailers, or motorhomes up to 7 metres (22.96 feet) in length including the drawbar. For larger rigs up to 11 metres (36 feet), we recommend booking our long powered concrete sites instead.
Can I light a campfire on a small concrete caravan site?
We do not permit individual campfires of any kind on our sites, including cooking over coal or open flames, due to our close proximity to a residential area. Generators are also prohibited at all times. In the cooler months, guests are welcome to gather at our large communal fire pit near the camp kitchen, which our staff light on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
Do the small powered concrete sites have full connections?
Yes, our small powered concrete sites come fully equipped with a power outlet, water connection, and sullage for your convenience. Each site also includes on-site car parking and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Is there a dump point and laundry available for site guests?
Yes, we have a clean and accessible dump point located near the main amenities block. A coin-operated guest laundry equipped with washing machines and dryers is also available in the amenities block closest to reception.
