Wanting to travel but not sure where to go? BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park is looking for a Temp Overnight Caretaker to join our team.
We are situated in the water wonderland of Port Stephens on the idyllic Karuah River. Perfect for a work/life balance.
BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park is after a Temp Casual Overnight Caretaker for a max of 2 to 3 months but will consider longer for the right person. This is a live on-site position. BYO Caravan.
You would be required to work 3 to 4 nights per week with the option to work 2 to 3 days in reception/maintenance.
The role:
You will be the first point of after hours contact for, and duties will include:
- Checking in/out of guests.
- Attending to any maintenance/issues.
- Guest activities.
- Doing regular walk throughs making sure that guests and the Holiday Park are safe and secure while also responding to any emergency calls.
- Coordinating with reception an easy and smooth handover.
- Making sure that all common areas remain tidy and clean.
- Cash handling and Eftpos transactions.
Your Skills:
- Experience in customer service or guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Be able to work in a fast past environment, flexible and quick thinking.
- Be able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Experience in RMS and Microsoft Outlook would be a bonus.
